What is the return policy?

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    My purchase is a gift. Do you include pricing information in your delivery?

      Don't worry!  No pricing details are included when the package is despatched so if you've given their address for direct delivery they won't know how much you've splashed out on them! 

        What do I do if my item gets broken in transit?

        If your item is received and is broken please contact us and we will be happy to start the process for a refund/replacement.

        How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

          Unfortunately once an order has been placed we are unable to change it automatically.  If there is an issue please email us at info@birdietree.co.uk and we will work on the best option to resolve the issue.  

          What forms of payment do you accept?

          Payment can be made through Paypal or by Credit Card through the secure GPay link shown on each product page.

            Birdie Tree is a UK business based in Surrey.
